The scope, pricing, and specific terms of service delivery are governed by the individual service agreements entered into between A1MEDIX and each client organization.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables and communicating concerns promptly.
A1MEDIX treats all client information as strictly confidential. We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared in the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
A1MEDIX operates with HIPAA-compliant workflows and executes Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with clients where required under U.S. law.
For Canadian clients, A1MEDIX aligns its processes with PHIPA requirements where applicable. Clients remain responsible for their own regulatory obligations under applicable law.
A1MEDIX INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
